Aura Strengthening Meditation

Negative thoughts, excessive stress, lack of sleep and exercise, little to no time in nature, excessive alcohol, substance abuse, over work leads to a depleted aura which can form cracks and holes. Cracks and holes in your aura makes you more vulnerable to sickness, negative people and energies as well as negative entity attachments. Negative entity attachments may lead to sickness, and even death. So keeping a strong aura is important to your well being.

Exercise, fresh clean air, a good diet and sleep do a lot to help keep your aura strong and vital. Meditation is also useful. Below are a couple of meditations to help you strengthen and maintain the integrity of your aura.

Bowl of Light

Hawaiians see each human at birth as a bowl of clean clear pure light. As people go through their life stones made of envy, jealousy, anger, rage, resentment, bitterness, excessive grief, and hate her cast into the bowl blocking the light. At the end of each day Hawaiians turn their bowl over letting the stones go allowing their light to cleanse than and give them wisdom. This is one kind of personal hoʻoponopono or the act of setting right.

Aura Strengthening Meditation

Sit comfortably with a straight back, feet flat in the floor.

Grounding:

Personal Bubble Meditation

See and feel light or roots coming out of the bottoms of your feet and spine connecting you to the earth. Sense a flow of energy and exchange as Mother Earth nourishes you. Let excessive, old stale and negative energy flow down into the earth where it will be transmuted and cleansed.

Take 3 slow deep breaths: Inhale for a count of 3-5, pause 1 count, exhale for 3-5 counts, (If you can’t inhale or exhale for these counts do what you comfortably are able to do). As you exhale feel your tension leaving your body.

Sense your personal bubble around your body. Trust your sense of where the edge of your personal bubble is around you.

Now on the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a vibrant red energy. Inhale the red energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the red energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

On the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a bright orange energy. Inhale the orange energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the orange energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

On the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a happy wholesome yellow energy. Inhale the yellow energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the yellow energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

On the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a lively green energy. Inhale the green energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the green energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

On the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a deep peaceful blue energy. Inhale the blue energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the blue energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

On the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a calming violet energy. Inhale the violet energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the violet energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

On the next inhale see your personal bubble and all the space within it as a clean white energy. Inhale the white energy and see it fill every cell in your body. Inhale for a count of 3-5 then pause. As you exhale see all your stress and negativity leave your body as a thick black or gray smoke that is transformed into the white energy in your bubble. Continue for 5-7 breaths or until you feel cleansed.

Now see golden light surround and fill you.

Return/Reground:

Become aware of your personal bubble again and reverse the order of colors inhaling 3 times starting with white, then indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red. Feel your body on the ground or in the chair. Notice again the exchange of energy between you and the earth. Slowly open your eyes. Gently pat your body all over to reconnect with it before you stand up. Then slowly stand.
